hi guys I have now been now going for a year very successfully, now with this hot weather I was wondering are we exempt from hose pipe bans

something to do with 'business use' from memory? Car Washes/similar businesss using water have similar exemptions, but restrictions kick in once 'crisis' goes up a level.
