Bought a backpack from them but was not impressed with the customer service!

Really not good.

I visited the premises as I live 10 miles away but it was not pleasant.

Find that strange. I bought a backpack off them that leaked. Next day new one came & old one taken back.

Oh well there we are may be it was just me!!!

when i got my back pack frm them the charger plug was broke when i rang them thay said its my falt 4 not checking it b 4 signing 4 it me b in me said no werrys ill buy a new plug my partener grabed the blower off me an said its fulty u need to send a new one 4 free, thay wouldent have it and in the end thay said we will send one but u have to send old one bk an pay 4 posteg, not gud custmer to me eather.ps i never bothard sending old one bk if thay want it thay can come an pic it up lol.u wouldent get that with gardeners i tel ya.

I always found them very helpfull

never had a bad experience with them yet!

really helpful with me often gave me advice also

Used em for years. Never had a problem.

BUT they are just a company after all and are human. So mistakes and issues can happen.

iv had delivery issues with wintecs but youl get that with any business
