Seagull Mess On Special Glass

Iv got some skylights to clean they get messed on daily and the gulls use them for a resting place. The glass is a special photo sensitive glass so no scrapers iv tried hot water and a stiff broom some lumps wont come off and cant get the staining off. They are nearly sholder height and quite lohg and wide so hard to apply a lot of pressure. Any idears PLEASE

 
in this weather the glass drys out very quick but put plenty of water on the seagull mess and let it soak it will eventually come off

 
Pre soak with hot pure water, should be gone in a minute or two. The most stubborn one I encountered turned out to be cement covered pooh. The special glass is glass still. It's not any different, it's not a coating it's a manufacturing process, so scraper in hand go and be a window cleaner.
