Was a pub for donkey years but since closed. Whoever took it over will now have a huge bill to stick a new roof on it.

I helped a mate on and off to re-roof a church of a very similar size last year, that was just new felt and batons and probably 25% slate replacement, and some small stonework repairs to the copings.........£14000, i got a contract to clean its windows out of it /emoticons/wink.png

That roof pictured will need all new woodwork!!!! I'd guess at at least 35k for the job
