Getting angry with the hose snagging

WCF

Help Support WCF:

yeh but dont do what cheapie did as mentioned in a previous post...

I put it up nicely at the furthest window from my trolley and put the water on and went to work but....I hadnt put it on the furthest pane on the furthest window....a little tug and that trolley over yet again..

it spends more time on its back than upright...yeh okay...like its owner...

I always remember the hassle I had with the ladder when I'm in a tangle.
True, although I've always found trad is less hassle overall...

Not a lot in it really, but trad isn't half simple!

It's the part I hate the most about wfp . Bloody bin wheels , under gates , plant pots , my feet , garden furniture , plants . Someday I'll get it right

its easier to trad for me as Im not panicking about using my water up but...im getting better these days...

and as mr taytay said...I feel somewhat like a naughty school boy when Im using my pole...

now come on mrtaytay how you getting on with the force.../emoticons/biggrin.png

hes in the bloody pub again...

yeh love that natty....dont you dare you little swine...yeh...talking to a hose..

yeh I got the full system off a guy on ebay for £365 ..so its er...chinesey sort of yellow fibre class...no name...cheapo..but..I love it...and I can fling it around...think diwrnach uses the same pole...

not knowing much about wfp I just wanted a full system and that was the cheapest..

not a single regret though as its paid for itself many times over...soon...slx time...and bigboy backpack...soon be xmas...

@Jake . Now and then the hose trips me up , last winter I was washing a bungalow in windy conditions , a gust of wind hit me the same time as I was walking over my hose . ( Frank pulled it up ) fell flat on my face ...

The tyres of parked cars. Oh I'll just go round the side of this car and clean the window. No you won't, hose stuck under wheel every time. Then you've got to try and loosen it by giving a calculated flick.....

:rofl:Yeah that's so annoying, I had one today!!! I got so angry and just kept pulling it, but ended Up pulling the kids slide into the car!! Oops.

Had a cracker today, unreeling hose, gets stuck on trolley wheel, sort that, then connector got stuck on wheelie bin wheel, sort that, finish time to reel in, stuck on corner of path, sort that, and to add some more pain gets stuck on same whellie bin wheel, sort that. WHHHHHHYYYYYY do you do this to me Frank, whenever I turn my back to you, its just no funny Franky boy.

Frank likes to move the pole hose under my feet, then I wonder why the water flow is dramatically reducing and reducing, bring the pole down, then step back and soak custys washing:eek:

no.. when reel bolted in u walk with the hose thats what the guides etc is for /emoticons/tongue.png
I use hose guide and my reel is bolted in van, doesn't stop hose getting caught on garden shinnanigans though ...

I actually had an idea for the pole hose, you know the cable rewind on vacuum cleaners, if there was a small enough one that could hang on my belt right next to my tap, with just a push of a button it could rewind the pole hose for the right length. For me it's normally the pole hose that gets stuck on things.

If anyone wants to snap up this idea, make money out of it, go ahead  just send me the prototype

there you go heyho....not usually in a good mood when this happens so dont take pics...but two old ones...

I was up the ladder scrubbing of a conny roof to look down to find this..
