hammer will work a treat! one hit always get rid of it! then it leaves a crystal clear view out the window, like its not even there!!

get pumice powder and mix with water then rub into the limescale comes off so easy.

Try Vikal, you can buy it in most shops. We use it on the cleaning side for bathrooms, kitchens etc. I keep a bottle in the van.
