Hi guys. Any advice on what to charge for this house? I only have a pic of the front so it's not ideal i know but just after some idea. I only really clean 2-3 bed semis/terraced at the moment so don't have any experience with bigger properties, should i charge per window or try guess an hourly rate?

Not sure if its going to be a regular or a one off yet, I usually charge double for a one off on the 2-3 bed semis, but would i price myself out of the bigger properties by doing this?

Any advice would be great. In London btw.

Thanks

Paul.

I would charge around £10 for the front can see the rest of the house but going off the front many £35ish

if its in london id hit em for £30 for the front .

im in the mids if it was here id say £20 for the front and say £30 / £35 all round that for 4 weekly

I'm in the most north part of England and I wouldn't do the front of that for less than £10 I don't think it matters to much about up north, down south I thinks it comes down to unemployment, high unemployment means more people living with financial difficulty "poverty", local public services struggle more and have to do work for less because these services are not essential to most people that's where prices differ in different locations, . That's my theory anyways

25/30quid? lol, too much! im in essex where the moneys alright and most of the props i do are that size, its not even that big really, going off the front pic id charge about £14 all round, would take me about 20mins max, (trad)

It would take longer, Those windows are a pain if its the ones im thinking about. Its 1 windows thats been split in two by plastic and a bit glue. After cleaning the top half the water runs down through the plastic and glue. So when you have finished cleaning the bottom half you get left with water running down the window on the bottom half of the window. Even after you think you have cleaned all the water away theres always one drip gets through.

Thanks for the replys guys. Going to quote it today so I'll let you know how I get on.

I'm in the £25-30 way of thinking as I charge £12 for a 3 bed semi. Anyway see how it goes.

Thanks again

Paul

I'd go in at £25 personally, and I'm up north too.

I try and price what I think I'm worth for that amount of work. I don't even think about where I am geographically or how many other window cleaners there are. I've had 100% of my quotes accepted so far, so don't see a need to change anything.

Price what you want paying. Be fair and sell yourself and your service. You wont go far wrong.

Got it on a bi monthly basis. £40 outside £90 in and out. It's Massive at the back!

Alot of you guys might think that's way over the top but honestly if anything I think I might of got a bit intimidated and undercharged. There is so much glass around the back it's ridiculous, they have 2 patios! And the loft conversion has it's own en suite lol.
