Ive been asked to quote to clean all the metal work and signs on this building. Being new I dont know what to quote. Any advice on pricing this would be appreciated.

300. spend all day on it and do a very nice job,dont rush it. start at the left by noon youll be past the big doors

I think this is one of those noon jobs where you have to cut your teeth. Make your best estimation and accept that your going to get it wrong but it's going to be a learning experience.
How long it will take depends how easily it comes up clean, if you need chemicals etc.
I've not cleaned anything like this before but I would agree with boar. I'd go in about 300. If its done in a day or less then great. If it runs into 2 so be it.

£300 and use cems on it throu a back pack or trollie stysten ide use hypo on it neat and do it on a sunday if u can get in there i bet u could do that in 5 hours probly best to do a test patch first to c how it comes up brush on with a wfp brush and walk away let it vaperise on its own to get the best resalts
