Anybody selling rounds northeast i allways buy if the price is right.

3 hrs canvassing yesterday 27 new houses then telesaled it today and got 1 industrial play area factory and priced up 2 carehomes and a louisa center also put a price in for 6 factorys owned by 1 company SWEET. Just rang up offering 15% discount on there windys prices and they all asked for prices funny how everybody loves the % discount .... Dont care about under cutting the big commercial windys they work is as good as mine now (-:

i always say 15% off but what i do is add it ontop then at the end they say you were offering a discount wasnt you. i say OH YEHH and then its bk to the original price. Just like the shops do at xmas and in january sales.

All i did was drive around the local industrial estates write down name of all buisnesses google the phone no. Then ring asking for the administrator or manager then say ive got a january promotion on beating any quote by 15% aslong as they sign up in january for 12 months and offer it all in writing with a quick walk around quote hey presto your foots in the door .

Well not stealin i suppose just offering a better service at a lower price aslong as there not contracted its upto the custy , i dont do this on residential tho .

im going to do this tomorrow lmao :lol: thing is, where i live we call it poland because its full of polish. i had a homebase and a b&q sorted and ready to start. i get a call in on the day before to say sorry we got a cheaper price. i go there to talk to them and what do i see. polish ppl like the geezers you see in sainsburys washing cars but they were cleaning MY WINDOWS /emoticons/biggrin.png i went and spoke to both managers who i arranged the work with and they said these guys were willing to basically clean each pain of glass for 40p. i said ok mate you best take that quote because i have tax, nat insurance to pay where as they prob dont. i said when you need a good job you know who to call and he said ok ill remember that. i went past a few months ago and i noticed they looked well dirty but for me to clean them its double now coz i hate being double crossed lol :lol:

Well my problem is i live on pride, if ppl dont respect me i lose interest fast. me and them managers or those shops had a deal, i was going in to clean and they never told me either.

i had a customer like that, because another cleaner was 2 quid cheaper they ran to him. month later they ring me bk up saying we ditched the last guy coz he never wiped sills like you did and they started going green. i never went bk because its a matter of principle lol

what about if there a pain in the rear end, they call you to say u missed a bit and to say i can see smears?? ppl like this can ruin you in a matter of seconds.

Yes but managers are busy people thats why admin deal with it then forward onto manager
