View attachment 8569 Right so mentioned a thread on building a machine

Here it is it's not finished just waiting for wheels from powder coaters

And fitting few little bits other machines don't have

I've done a cool drive belt reduction

Supposed to a lot better than reduction gearbox

Didn't cost a lot for pulleys and belt kit

Interpump ws202

All quick release connectors

Easy start facilty

Enjoyed fireimg it up

Haha that decking that I never get time to sit on ha

The machine mate loved building it up

From start to finish runs sweet

To be fair i sourced a lot off parts of Internet all brand new

The taper lock pulleys and belt kit was £39 so much cheaper than reduction box and supposed to be better

I did it out off interest really and to show how you can save a lot of cash if can source parts

The machine with all powder coating and everything stands me at about £700

Machines of this spec are £1500ish

All the pics of washers I see have got one water intake but mine machine has got two, any ideas why that might be?

Sorry it's williams machine in the pic lol

So you have to inlet feeds, one either side of pump

And 2 suction pipes and filters?

Not that I know of, I bought the machine from Precious Washers in Stafford.

I will post a pic later and have a look on the machine and see if it has any brand markings.

Whey would they have two inlets instead of one?

I know certain pressure washer manufacturers say a 21lpm requires a twin inlet feed

So to suction hoses and filters etc will be attached to your pump

I only ever run one because I'm sure if interpump and the likes designed a pump that needed twin feed they would state it

Or supply a bigger inlet than half inch

I've never had any issues

So used he machine yesterday performed brill

Saved load money building it up myself

Infact about 900 pound

Was very straight ward as well

@sllab has had some bits and maybe he will be building one up as well soon
