Tap on tank

Could someone tell me is it normally 1/2 inch tap on water tank just ordering one and unsure thanks in advance.

Nope I have a elbow with a thread which screws into the outlet on the tank, Gardiners have them on their website I think.

look on purefteedom website, water tanks, taps, it will tell you which one you need for size of tank. sometimes cheaper through there ebay site, dont forget, plenty of ptf tape, no leaks
