Seriously Dave no offence but window cleaning might not be the business for you, the fact is 'most' domestic customers WILL NOT sign your contract and you will lose out on a lot of work because of it.

I've learned in a short time that bad payers are par for the course in this business so #1 good luck getting any to sign when they see 'miss a payment and I'll sue you' #2 sue a couple in a small town/village and your name will be ****.

a contract is leagal binding agreement, if they dont sign it i wont take the work and i wont risk the loss of any time petrol and loss of face when they ohh i pay you next time, or when they i havent got the money and look like a compleat idot on the door step.

the cost of the applying for court so if they ran up a bill off 300 -500 its going to cost you 50 quid and if they don't pay up you can send the contract that a debit collector can buy off you so you still getting your moneys worth at the end of it.

So someone owes you £20 your gonna spend £35 to send them to court yeah right that makes complete sense to me mate !!!

u dont need to get all serious over it.... its part of the game... u got to get used to it... when u replace them with better customers u will end up having a good round with good customers /emoticons/smile.png no point in having a customer who takes the ****
