Thanks for that. I bought the adjustable piece for the sillicone from gvs and its ****. So will go the carbon route I thinkThe carbon gooseneck is very strong and in the vast majority of jobs is the best one to use. Occasionally, usually getting down downpipes, the silicon neck is better
I have had the same thing happen the locking clamp has got stuck under the roof tiles ??? got it out eventuallyI have got stuck in a few down pipes thanks to the carbon gooseneck, managed to get it out. I prefer silicone.
Had the adjustable from gvs. It's ****Same as part timer it’s very good
Best I've got from them is one end is 49mm but meant for 51mm poles but I need to know the tool end part I'd like to think there all the sameI would think if it fits your poles the tools would fit as well. Just ring them and ask
All that weight training isn't helpingI got my old alloy poles out yesterday for a three storey job, first time I have used them in probably two years... Had to put them back in the van and get my SkyVac Elites back out.. Made me appreciate the Elites..
I would imagine it would fit but you never can tell for sure until you try it , some are slightly bigger or smaller from different brandsHad the adjustable from gvs. It's ****
The one gvs sell looks very basic this looks better.
Would it fit my 51mm carbon poles I know there brand is different but surely there all very similar. It does say for 51mm poles.
If I buy this would the size of the inserts tool (crevice etc) still fit in this or would I need new of them also
Once you get used to carbon and another issue was the gutter tool on alloys is 51mm it doesn't fit down a lot of down pipes, Spinacleans does goes right down it...All that weight training isn't helping
The one in the photo I put on is this good for most jobs I'm seeing different versions of carbon necksI would imagine it would fit but you never can tell for sure until you try it , some are slightly bigger or smaller from different brands
Yes it’s good for most things we use them for 99% of all jobs and the odd job use the silicone bendThe one in the photo I put on is this good for most jobs I'm seeing different versions of carbon necks
