Hi everyone how much would you charge to do a commercial job inside and out first floor? Approx 60 windows and large double door with surrounding windows.

Without seeing the building, especially the inside, it sounds like a half day job for one man, assuming internal access is good

These are the windows running in straight line front and back. The front door is double with surrounding arched glass approx 6 windows (plus doors). It will be a builders clean initially and then maintenance plan would be set up either monthly / 2 monthly or quarterly

Estimated time to complete x £per hour + materials/costs + 10% for contingency would be my starting point. You can finesse from there.
