Rain water harvest/pure water storage

Say if I was to harvest rain water or store pure in a 1000l tank, well question is what way do u transfer the water to ur van mount tank? Buy another pump or just use current pump but disconnect and reconnect every time??

I just use a submersible pump, can't imagine using my van mount pump and having to mess about with connections each time. Added to that your draining your battery and working your pump more than necessary. I use big barrels rather than an ibc so make sure the pump will fit through the opening

Agree with TWC ! I have a sub , cheap but effective , 63 l min . Around 15 pounds. 2 " hose and go ...

I have 1000l ibc , and from Roof my Tds is 009 , pretty good ! :thumbsup:
