US gallon per day to be correct which is less than UK gallon. 1 US gallon = 0.832674 imperial gallon.
50 gpd = 189.27059L per day (24 hours) which for an R.O is painfully very slow indeed.
Even my old 300gpd R.O I leave on filling my 1000ltr static holding tank for hours which incidentally takes over 2 days to fill when empty.
