Yes that would squish it for sure , be very happy with just a 200ltr and a few of my barrels for now450 tank would have been way too heavy to use in a car.
That was very lucky m8Keep an eye out on fleebay as they sometimes go dirt cheap as I pick up a 450 flat tank once for only £25
Mine had the 4 lash down points in the floor, ratchet straps rated at 3000kg across it from both sides. The weight is only equivalent to 3 grown men in the back, it's rated to take 5 adults and 2 children so was never a problem. The only thing I checked was the tyre load rating. It had enough room for 2 backpacks too either side of the tank. How did your car handle that weight ? And how did you strap it down , thanks for advice m8
My only problem there is I also have a motorhome my old mg, the wives car and my zafira I can't stretch my cash any further for more insurance /emoticons/smile.png need my zafira as it's a 7 seater, but when the seats are down its lovely to work from also its sign written and looks smartIf you can afford it best look out for a cheapish decent size van instead of knackering your car for work.
My oldest has been offered a place in Harvard uni in America so ill be shot of her soon and within a year my other girl should be on way to uni so I can get a van then but will have to be a 3 seater for practicalityTrouble is you may soon outgrow a small tank as your wfp workload increases so it's a bit of a dilemma we all have to face.
You want to keep taking the tank out every day do you?My only problem there is I also have a motorhome my old mg, the wives car and my zafira I can't stretch my cash any further for more insurance /emoticons/smile.png need my zafira as it's a 7 seater, but when the seats are down its lovely to work from also its sign written and looks smart
Don't need 7 seats all the time m8, may go weeks without using them all but there invaluable and there when I have all the kids together, I only do 3 days a week so yes I do plan on removing the tank on days its not neededYou want to keep taking the tank out every day do you?If you need the 7 seat capacity, how you gonna do that?
Ive git a 210 litre flat tank, and was toying with the idea of a bigger one, /emoticons/smile.png
