Just incase anyone else wastes around £40 on this it's a waste of time, we'll for me it was anyway. I've made it worse trying to fix it using this.
Customer said to me when doing the windows that last time I scratched the top one. It's not even like a scratch but a very soft graze. It's consistent with the way the window is aplicated so denying it wouldn't look good. Unless I can 100% rule something out I don't rule myself out from damage. If I didn't make it worse I'm sure I could have came to a deal with her too about painting window sills for her. It's quite a mess now. Window will need replaced now.
