Called back to first job of the day. First/builders clean outside only. Series of messages there still really dirty. Went back two tiny little spots of silicone missed, out of 16 windows and a huge run of folding doors. All dirt on insides which are filthy. Talked to husband about tone of wife's messages. Then got two in a row who went from two monthly to every month last clean. Sorry can we go back to every other. Next customer oh but you use the pole system. Yes but as you didn't complain, I assume all was fine. Oh yes but you leave the sills wet. Asked her outright if she dries them after rain. (surprised I kept the job). I have had two next door to each other both pay previous window cleaner. Had to argue more than I like to convince one to even check. An to top it all one women said all her windows were left spotty last time. When asked why she didn't ring. She tried to tell me she called the company her jobs subed of. When told this is the first I had heard of it. Asked if I was calling her a lier. I'd had it by then so told her yes I was. Well she said I will see how they dry. If I'm not happy I won't be paying for the last clean just this one. . She then had the nerve to come back out an ask if I would clean five skylights. Told her no. Not prepared to do work I might not get paid for. Rang sub company told him if she don't cancel me she's gone anyway.
