I'll be honest though I don't work like I used to, I usually (not always last few weeks been working 6 days) work 3-4 days a week, usually only until around 3 each of those days.
If I work to much and don't get enough sleep it makes me ill.
Though my doctor did nearly fall off his chair and banned me from lifting when I told him I was deadlifting 200kg, they sent me for loads of scans and stuff and told me to take it VERY slowly when I lift and don't do 1 rep maxs lol.
