A customer of mine has just had this done to her conservatory, and I haven't been back to clean it yet, but she has given me a leaflet with aftercare details. Now, no doubt it is good, but I'm not concerned with that, but it says to use a non-alkaline cleaner, which I am not sure about (I am trad). Over the years I have found (now and again) glass that has this effect; kills the soap, and I know that Bar-B-Qs do this, but when I ask the customer, it's not the case. So I'm wondering if this is what I have come up against in the past. The demonstration with the bottle I have heard about years ago, but always thought it was 'self cleaning' glass. Any thoughts?
