What is the steps for maintaining a petrol pressure washer after use, is it advisable to flush the water out the pump regularly after use, and what would you use for this ? I am aware of annual oil changes - does yearly work okay for this. Does the lance head need lubricating regularly. What steps do you take when temp gets very low to protect equipment in storage ?

Depending on use oil change once a year is ok , we just leave the pump valve open so any water in the pump should drain out never had a problem with freezing, as for the lance I just spray a bit of WD40 in the water inlet end and squeeze the trigger so it runs up towards the jets . Spray any hose fittings with WD 40 as well . That’s about it
