Pump leaking from the pressure switch

I reckon I'm gonna fill the tank and have another blast... Hopefully that will get it kickstarted. I wouldn't have to keep it filled all the time to keep it going though would I?


Once primed it should stay primed unless you draw air in again. But do disconnect the hose at the reel when you prime it.

 
And to the original point of the thread the pressure switch was leaking because I didn't tighten it up enough. I haven't reconnected it just yet but I plan to next week.

On closer inspection I think the pump is a cheap knock off but it works. It's too late for me to do anything about this but I will be replacing it with a genuine Shurflo pump when it gives up. To be fair the pumps and controller seem to cost £180 alone. I paid £175 and it has been mounted. Not to mention the seller has to pay eBay fees... Lesson learned.
