Pumping issues.

Afternoon everyone.

I’ve set up my van and am finishing the last bits.

I have encountered a pumping problem.

The water flows through the tank to the pump and to the hose reel.

When the hose isn’t connected to the hose reel, water runs fine.

When I connect the hoselock connector to the hosereel, the pump pulses and won’t deliver to the hose.

I’m a little bit stumped and am not sure why it’s doing this.

I’ll take any suggestions as up to now, the building of the system has been really straightforward and relatively stress free.

I'm presuming you have a Spring-Europe controller. If so, you need to calibrate it.

Just a silly one, have you reeled the hose reel on the correct way as if you haven't the pipe will be kinked.

Has the end of the hose on the hose reel got a female stop connector? Mind you, that would put the controller into DE or p/s. What does the o/p mean by pulse?
