Hello fellow Wfp guys and girls

I've been Wfp for a relatively short time but window cleaning on and off over 20 years now. Mostly on!

Yesterday I cleaned a new customer for the second time WFP

She took ages to convince the first time that it would look ok etc in fact look perfect!. WFP

This time before I started she said it really did an amazing job last time thank you - I'd like it again as long as you promise it's not going to melt my frames!

She is just retired so not elderly and meant what she said despite me explaining the whole pure water process last time!

What a laugh

Anyone else had remarks about our pure water melting their frames????

Not melting frames, but she may have seen the effect of the top layer coming off mahogany or oak coloured UPVC frames. It looks like it's vinyl wrapped on in the factory but when it starts to come off after some time it can look a little bit like it's melting. I've seen this loads over the years. Not had anyone accuse WFP of causing it yet though. Yet!
