Refund from water company

Has anyone had a refund for water bills for there sewage use as most of the water we use goes back in the ground. Did not know if you have to pay different rates. Thanks Mark ?

Not a re fund no but I have a sub meter for my outside water and only pay for the water no sewage charge on it

How do you go about getting a submeter, if you don't mind me asking.

I just phoned one’d south west water told them what I was doing ( window cleaning ) and that I would be using a lot of water and they said provided the waist water wasn’t going into there drains or the properties drains , I could have a sub meter and just pay for the water and no sewage charge , they can put and confirmed that no waist was going into the drains and I have been doing this now for about 18 years . I don’t know if all water companies do this or Evan if mine will do it now but that’s what ime on
