I cleared the gutters and cleaned the plastics on a pair of semi's today for at total cost of £320

Should have been £170 each but I gave them £10 discount as I'm nice /emoticons/biggrin.png

I suppose you could always say if the price is too much "I will rent you a ladder then you can risk you own neck trying to do it instead"

Still haven't heard back so I reckon she's a goner. Did one today on a much smaller property for £150 and they bit my hand off at that price plus they're now on my round for a monthly window clean. Just shows how different people are.
