Waste water?

WCF

Help Support WCF:

If you watch polzn bladz vids he collects rain water in a load of connected butts

Tds is so low as it comes off a clean painted metal roof he don't di it after and does a perfect job

I was going to collect rainwater but I've read the first 20 minutes of rainfall basically rinses the roof/gutter, then it's cleaner. Couldn't work out how to bypass the first bit!

I have a piece of old stocking that sits in the end of the gutter just before it goes down the down pipe & this collects all the ****. Or put a bit at the end of the pipe befor it goes in the butt.

He uses a stocking in a sock to catch all the **** plus cleans the roof sometimes as it is a smooth metal one

ok so tested my waste water and its 083ppm

im going to test it this weekend by rerouting the waste back into the incoming water feed so just before it goes back into sediement filter im goin to put 3 way adaptor on 1 to the filter 1 coming from water tap 1 coming from ro waste /emoticons/tongue.png

i dont get charged for water so dont know why im worried just want to see if it ups my ratio

you need to test the collected rain water first' if the gutters are not to bad and the roofs not skank the tds could be quite low and you could pump to van and straight through resin bottle

I understand where your all coming from, there is a lot of waste with these systems.

My tap water is 300ppm here, when I test the waste out of my RO it's nearly 600ppm.

The waste is not safe to drink neither is it safe to bath in, your skin absorbs things if you lay in a bathtub you'll just be absorbing all the **** you have filtered out.

When you look at what is in our water supplies you'd think twice about bathing in double strength that's for sure

Just run it to drain like your supposed to

I've got a water distilled and I've seen what's left after 4L of 300ppm water, not nice
