Been on here a little while now and noticed most people use a nick name. I feel a bit of a dullard using my real name. Not great with technology, so how do I change my name title please?

I've no issue people knowing my real name, just felt a bit pompous because most others are using nick names. One wouldn't want one to think one is stuck up would one?
