Gutter camera help please

Hi spent so much money lately on gear for business so don't want to spend bundle on a gutter cam any camera ideas where i don't av to spend to much looking round £100 or less heard people using wifi on to phone but what if can't pick up wifi connection on job

I bought a SJCAM 4000 - £70.

It uses gopro mounts.

Also bought an action outdoor rollbar mount for £8 off amazon and a phone armband for runners.

Clamp the cam onto the top of your tubes to view live feed on your phone, or use a different mount for your wfp.

WiFi is between cam and phone, not someone's WiFi for internet use, so you won't have a problem.
