Just the top Windows cleaned please?!

Entirely depends on the situation to me, is he a customer that uses your other services regularly? want to keep him happy and keep the other work, then I would charge accordingly, also if he is close to other work etc

If he is miles away from other work and its a one off with the other work, minimum charge.

I had one today, a regular 4 weekly. The last time I saw her she asked if I could clean insides for her. I agreed, but last time she wasn't home, so no internals done. I rock up today and I ring the bell with the intent on offering internal too. She comes to the door and says "can you leave them this time." Odd I thought as she wanted internals doing last time we spoke. I ask her why she wants to skip the clean. "I'm going out in a bit and I don't want to close the windows." (they were all open).

DUMPED!!!!

hi all, doing gutter clean tomorrow new customer will want a price for just top Windows and he wants adding on my4 week round, I tried convincing him over phone that he may as well just go the whole hog, but he get waffling on about how he can still manage bottoms. My question is really my 4week clean price should be 10 quid whole house do I say just fiver? For tops only?!

Go in at £8 for the tops and say it's £10 for the whole lot normally works

It was a bit of a strange day tbh. As I parked up at another house on the estate the next door neighbour was on the drive. Now, I used to clean their windows years back and they stopped having them done as they were a bit strapped. Anyhow, we had a bit of a catch up and he asked me if I could give his windows a clean as he was cleaning them himself and doing a :turd: job. So I cleaned them and who knows he might ask me to come back /emoticons/smile.png

I've got a 4 bed detached with a conny and she only wants the bottoms done. In a culdesac where I do the other 5 houses so just crack on with it, its priced the same amount as the other houses albeit they don't have connys

Yes mate told him I got 10er minimum so he should just get then all done really he's agreed makes sense

He wasn't a regular customer picked up my flyer I targeted his estate recently had gutters cleaned including downpipes
