I’ve done a ton of research and I have a buddy that gave me his exact blue prints to build this system. I’ve done the research all the pressure test. I’ve opened/closed waste valve I’ve remove bottom RO outlet to see if water comes out the pure water outlet and I get nothing even with the waste valve completely closed the system just over pressurizes and start leaking out the pex elbow connections. I was on FT with another window cleaner last night and he was stumped as well
It's going to be something simple like @ched999uk has suggested. Difficult to diagnose something like this in text form. Again, worth posting that video you mentioned in your first post.

No, all filters and flow are going in the correct direction
I have just finished building my 3 stage WFP system (in attached video). When I run water through the system it goes in my 5 micron filter up into my RO but does not come out the outlet of the RO, but high TDS water comes out flush outlet. I thought I had a faulty membrane so i bought a brand new membrane only to have the same issue. IS THERE ANYONE THAT COULD SHED SOME LIGHT ON MY PROBLEM???please and thank you
I've have recently had the same problem. When fitting the membrane into the housing, make sure the the rubber seal is the same side as the intake. Also the flush waste water outlet is connected to the offset hole the other side of the housing. Inlet water plumbed in to the offset inlet, blank off other hole, inlet side. Hope this helps you. Not the filters but the actual membrane it's self. See @spruce post above and follow the link, it might help?
Yes my membrane is in the right way black brine seal at top and flow direction going down
OK, so have you checked that the membrane housing's 3 openings are actually openings? i.e. you have the inlet and waste which must be working as you have flow going in and out but triple check the pure outlet has been drilled through - you might need to take membrane out to check.
