Adding a small water tank on top?

Hiya,

I tend to use so much water and only have a small tank 350ltr was thinking of adding another 100ltr tank on top just for that bit extra. Saves going to do the odd 2 or 3 houses left in one road?

Errrm.....where? I don't see your current set up.

My advice is fan jets tend to be more economical than pencil jets and fit some sort of inline tap to control on off water between windows if you haven't already done so.

Don't think adding another tank 'on top' would be awful safe to be honest.

Hmmm....100ltr tanks are quite expensive for what they are.....

why not just carry 4 x 25ltr barrels in the van to top-up your main tank when needed.

No need to buy the barrels Lewis....you can get the barrels for FREE from any car valeting place....just give them a good rinse-out.....ask for the ones which held shampoo/TFR etc as they're the easiest to clean.

New shape ford connect mate lwb, thanks bingo il go sort some out soon. I got a back pack so think that might be the way forward and be easyer filling that than my tank.

I have 2x 25L barrels stored in my van for emergencies.

Could be a standard light Spruce. A lot of new vans have these LED lights fitted in the back as standard now.
