anyone use a 600ltr ibc?

i was thinking of getting a 600ltr ibc container in the trafic!! is anyone using them and what are your thoughts?

I could get a cage built for the cost of buying a baffled tank, just a thought.

No baffles no insurance, would also be very dangerous to drive.

I use a 600l IBC in the back of the Citroen Dispatch. I've removed the plastic pallet from the bottom which lowers it's centre of gravity and it's sat on a peice of thick polystyrene  to allow for the outlet being slightly lower than the bottom of the tank. The cage around it that is already on is bolted to the chassis and there's a L shape length of angle steel at the front and back bolted to the chassis. It seems pretty secure. Ive a full bulkhead as well btw. Havent really notice water sloshing like I thought I would. Seemed to sway more with my old 450l flat baffled tank. Could put some lengths of drain pipe in to help baffle it though.

Most of the bin washers around here use 1000l ibc's. Not saying they're secured safely though..
