Best Excuse For A Customer Not Paying Or For Cancelling

Had one cancel because they couldn't afford it anymore. I scan the payments each week quickly but every 4 months I go through it properly. For someone who couldn't afford it they didn't cancel there direct debit they had set up.

I'm in a 4 in a block and When I moved in i knew the window cleaner who done the wife downstairs, told him to do mines aswell because its bad manners me doing my own and not doing hers. And didn't want to take an easy bottom from him. I hadn't seen him for a while amd just assumed he was running quite a bit behind, my van was getting fixed and had a courtesy van for a bit, he's obviously nit realised I'm home, he gets out does the bottom and next door bottom who he does and drives away. He was to lazy to get a big ladder off to do mine. Text him and told him just to cancel my down stairs neighbour as I'm not looking rude just doing mine and leaving hers.

Although he didn't say anything to me, I got told from someone else that he was raging with me and I was out of order. I pulled him up about it when I saw him.

My strangest one was got asked to leave it because they had some friends around for food. I still don't get it

Probably didn’t want you seeing what they were eating fillet steak ,lobster fine wines you might of put your prices up ! .Mind you nothing new to us Window cleaners we have champagne as well

I had one this week ask 'can we leave it as we're thinking of selling the house', I had another do this earlier this year.

I really don't understand the logic, if you were selling your car you would wash it and clean it to make it look as good a possible to sell it, you wouldn't say 'ahhh I'm not gonna bother washing it, that headlight bulb that's out... yeah I'll leave that, air in the tyres? Nah no point, I'm selling it...' ? I don't understand peoples thought processes, it's backwards thinking.
