Best way to get new customers ?

Hi guys don’t post on here’s very often at all, but was just hoping to get some tips and idea from everyone on what’s the best way to get customers? 

A lot of people say knocking door to door if so what’s the best way to do this, if anyone could give me some ideas and routines on what they say and how they do it would be very much appreciated! Thanks

Just introduce yourself to the customer by saying hi I'm #### from #### window cleaning and was wondering if you were interested in having a regular, reliable window cleaner. Have some cards/leaflets with you to pass on. You'll get a few knock backs or weve got a window cleaner already but stick at it. Also set up a Facebook buisness page offering your services on there. I started on my own in January this year by knocking doors and Facebook and now I have £1800 worth of work and get enquiries all the time as well as conservatory cleans & sofit and fascia cleans. Just be prepared to put the work in and reap the rewards

Ask your customer base to refer a friend or family and offer them a free clean or a bottle of wine ?
