Big boy backpack hose

Wot length hose would you recomend to go from backpack to pole without losing too much pressure

i have about 20 ft after pole is at full strech. i only use it for backs of houses with no rear axis im in a sea side town lot of 3 storey confined space out back. i have a 50ft pole i normaly use for those reaches over the lean 2s shat houses ect and i normaly extend from the 2nd section so it stays realy stif.so that 70ft of hose and when the flow controller worked i only had it on 50%. Mine is a big boy 22lt

Thanks andy thats wot i wanted to know wot hose do you recmend i want one that goes in the pole and then connect straight to backpack
