    Hi all,

Have any of you ever needed to write a business plan? Do you have any tips or any examples of what to put in them?

Hi, I did one before I started for my own use, theres lots of guidence and examples online, that's what I used. Like princes trust for eg.

I put in my target market, how to reach them (!), what I'd need, how I'd learn, time lines, costs, ongoing costs, lots of other categories

Thanks Jimroot Its quite a complicated process, but quite useful as well. I find I understand things better if I put them all down on paper.

Wow i often wondered why you would need one if you are a windy. Surely it is all about gaining new custys and cleaning them and thats pretty much all there is to it isnt it ? But come.to think about it there is more like buying new equipment economizing the round in terms of mileage and fuel costs new ways of marketing Etc. What else do you lot think about when running your business?

    Done it mate
Ignore the first one it didn't have the files attached and some of the forms will not be of any use but the business plan, cash flow and personal survival budget may be of some use
