Ltd you are slightly better off tax wise but then you will need to pay for a n accountant. There was a chart somewhere online about the savings at a given turnover. I think it was only 2k saving on tax and N.I at 50k. Given that you will pay an accountant it's not really worth it on that reason alone but there are other reasons to go ltd other than tax savings.

I have an accountant doesn't charge me a lot I've been reading into it not really for me just yet I think once your a certain size then yeah go for it
