Managed to stop my van and filter from freezing but the hose to the filter is solid so no pure water

Yeah I’m same nothing in van really frozen solid but with that much snow on the ground soon as the hose touches it , it freezes ie that’s why iv only worked one day this week [emoji31][emoji31]

It was freezing in the pole hose yesterday but we found cutting the pole hose off and using just the microbore solved the problem and kept us working for the day

I thought the unit would have exploded when near boiling water is applied to it! Good result.
