any one now were the fill tank pipe is and solenoid valve is ? i have 2 pipe at the back one at the bottom of the tank and one at the top jioned together is this the the fill and empty pipes ?

I don't know this system at all so I'm not going to be of any help. The owner said that he had removed 2 pumps so they were using both controllers. But they need not have used the additional wiring on that one controller.
If it were my tank I would be processing water in my garage (as I do now) and transfer the water from my IBC holding tank to the van. I would fill the van by removing the filler cap.
Most larger tanks will have a 1" BSP tank outlet at the bottom with a stop valve. This will be reduced to 1/2" and the hose split with a 1/2" T piece with a piece of 1/2" hose to each pump.
I wouldn't need to have a top filler hole unless I had an onboard r/o. How do you know how much water is left in the tank? Does it have a sight gauge?
