Regardless of what theories some might have, if I were you I wouldn't wait for replies on here and I'd go direct to Facebook.
Contact the Help / Support Dept and explain fully the problem and ask if they can see any reason for it? Perhaps it's something in your settings or whatever, but hopefully they should be able to assist.
I don't use FB myself but that seems the obvious route to go in first instance - although Google Customer Sevices aren't always great. If they're too slow or unhelpful is there users forum where unofficial experts help out with account problems, like there is with Google Business Profiles (GMB)?
