First Clean glass and frames very dusty

ive some houses to clean, the house builders are still on the estate building.

The glass is very dusty from them as are the wooden frames with some sticker residue on the glass still left.

What's the best way of cleaning with out scratching the glass, the frames still look dirty even though I've wiped them over and cleaned them.

What would be the best method please

Are the houses you are cleaning occupied? If so I'd point out that the windows haven't had a proper builders clean. As for dirty frames, give them a good scrub and rinse.
