Anyone know what size thread and name of parts I need for this Ro filter. As you can see on photos there is one with a red John guest fiting but no idea what it's called for ordering additional ones. Plus what flush tap would suit this system. any tips greatly received.

I assume for waste tap I use a the 1/2" bras hex converter attached to the tap and screwed into the waste port of the Ro 4040 and then once all assembled adjusting it until optimum result after a good flush. And a daft question probably but the 1/2" male screw to John gets fitting the push fit tube is 1/4" or 1/2" one posted.

Yes. Brass 1/2" connector into the waste port, screw on gate valve, screw in JG1/2" push fitting and connect up piping. Open gate valve fully and flush membrane. Then partial close the gate valve until you have approx 1 liter of waste to 1 liter of pure. Let that run a while and then take a tds reading of pure. You may need to tweak the gate valve (open it slightly more) to get the lowest tds from the pure outlet.

All piping is 1/2". 1/4" is far too small.
