Thanks for advice RC!

I am not too concerned about building up round cos I have had a lot of my old custys approach me to begin cleaning as apparently the bloke that bought my round didnt last long and neither did any one that bought the round off him!

I am pretty sure that I can build up round again pretty quickly but just want to think of something to do in wet as I remember this really got on my nerves before!!!
Why not do what i'm going to do , double glazing repairs , ok I have been in DG for years & know my way around a window but believe me it ain't that hard chaning like for like hinges , handles, locks & misted glass units .

I'm working weekends just now after my 40hr week it's not easy mate & you have been doing so for 4 yrs /emoticons/ohmy.png but going full time december 21st /emoticons/biggrin.png

If any on this forum want to ask advice on fixing double glazing feel free, I will try my best to help

Replacing misted glass I reckon could be an add on that any windie could do, unless it's upstairs then H is out. I've seen it done and looks dead easy.

yes Dodger it is easy , but some are easier than others , some are glazed from inside some from outside , some are snap in beads some are compression gasket , you also have different thickness of units (eg) 4-20-4, 4mm glass 20mm spacer 4 mm glass = 28mm unit you also get toughened glass & float .

Should anyone have any questions if they get a job changing glass or whatever just ask I will try & help
