Looking at getting a big pole for odd jobs, 45-50ft for solar panels, softwash application, a few 3+ story windows etc.
I currently use an slx 18, and a25 + 2 extensions so a 35 I guess. I love the slx poles as a workhorse but the flex and bounce I personally find problematic beyond 30ft.
Im pretty careful with my kit, and do have a back problem I need to be careful with, so an extreme 47 would be my choice, it's just the wallet is objecting....
Have the option of an old SMAX 45 (I think this would be a series 1?) does anyone have any experience or comment on the series 1 smax with regards to rigidity and bounce supressionwhen directly compared to slx, series 2, 3k and extreme?
