Gardiner vs water genie

I love to experiment. I would check to see if it uses a similar pump to this one

Gardiner Backpack Pump for v3 Gardiner Pole Systems

It's the one I used the pressure switch from and it works fine. I'm using a 5lpm pump I got from ebay because I like a high flow rate and the pressure switch was a straight swap. However, most guys who use the Gardiner V3 bacpack find it's fine for them, so you could just swap out the pump for yours if it fits and you'll be able to use a univalve. Mine's been working on this pressure switch for well over a year now with no problems

Be good if gardiner made a trolley specific for their backpack with a 30metre reel. I use a fishing trolley from sports direct, strapped on n a small reel with 20-30 m pole hose. It was a bit of a nightmare getting reel on though, as the trolley is obviously not for this purpose. But the trolley is light with pneumatic tyres. http://images.sportsdirect.com/images/imgzoom/76/76820603_xxl.jpg

Just use extra pole hose and maybe try out a 10m retractable air hose reel they can be bought for around £40, I used to use a sealy one and it was ideal on my old Pure Freedom trolley .
