i got my order in today and although it was abit puzzling like any site you not been on before i got there in the end, its not my cup of tea but times move and alike Alex says he had to do it for business reasons etc and im certain like his poles it will be bang on when its been ironed out!

To be fare I've seen worst sites out there so guess when they have sorted out the bugs, broken links etc it should be fine.

Anyone know if Gardiners are closed atm? Their website just goes around in circles, clicking on slx poles takes you to poles but no further. I have been trying to ring them all day but there is an answer phone only. I left a message but no one has got back.

I have no idea but I guess @Alex Gardiner must have a good reason why they are not taking or returning calls.

I have just got back on the website and placed my order. I have received a confirmation email so it all seems good.

I have left them another message advising that they no longer need to call me. (No point wasting their time when they are back in the office)

i put an order in yesterday afteroon recieved it today dinner as usual with gardiner's super fast postage however they sent me a wrong brush fitting, emailed Alex and within minutes he's replied bakc and had a new one sent out, top man and even though his website is pants at the moment it wont put me off from continuing my gardiner loyalty!!

Apologies for this. Although the website went live Wednesday afternoon, there was a lot of things that needed sorting on it - the Home Page is still one of them although the links now actually go to where they should! We were open yesterday and taking calls but it was all pretty chaotic and it looks like not all messages left on the answer-machine were able to be acted upon that afternoon. I see from your further post that you managed to order on-line. Any issues, let me know.
