Glow in dark stick stain

Got a customer whose kids had one of those necklaces that glow in dark but they broke it and thought it would be fun to splash it about ,trouble is its all over frame of bi folding doors lovely red stains tried CIF on magic sponge . Any ideas apart from killing kids as house is less than a year old so owners none too happy.
