Hi guys I've set up my tank to my pump to my hose and there's barely any water coming through even through the tank on it own any advice would be great

But if the water doesn’t come out when the valve is open then the valve is the problem. Try and stick a screwdriver through the valve when open. If you can't then the valve is dodgy.
Ok brill I'll try it tomorrow is there a valve you would suggest if I need a new 1

That's a very cheap fitting and if it hasn't failed already it will at some point you'd be better off with something like this Water Shut Valve Screwfix

How much water do you have in your tank? if it's only a small amount you can't expect it to be gushing out but you should have a reasonable flow of water coming out
It is ye I looked at your link but there's no thread to screw it in the tank? I'm using a small amount of water 85 litres and I'm filling it up with a load of 25 litre barrels

I unscrewed everything and still nothing the way im getting any form of water is by feeding the pipe through the top if the tank into the hole
As has been said, try poking something through the tap fitting as that will show you if there is an obstruction. If you have looked inside the tank and there is nothing blocking the outlet then the only thing in the way is that tap thing! If you can take most of the water out and then unscrew that tap. If the remaining water stays in the tank then it's not the tap, if the water comes out then it's the tap. Are you sure the plastic tap is actually moving the valve body inside the valve?

I don't use a tank so forgive my ignorance on this, but from my karting days the fuel tank on a kart has to have a breather pipe to allow air to replace the fuel as it's being used, without the breather pipe the engine would eventually be starved of fuel as it wouldn't flow out of the tank. Does the tank have a breather? If not then I would assume the same problem would happen?

Have you not got it clogged up with silicone? looks like you've used a sealant on the thread, which is not a good idea you need to use plumbers tape aka PTFE you will end up with it leaking and with that cheap fitting you have used you won't be able to get it tight enough like you would with the fitting I linked earlier which can be dismantled and the fitting tightened up with a spanner,

Proper fittings are used for very good reasons the main one with a tank outlet is no leaks that sealant will fail on that thread and you'll end up with a very wet car.

Surelly the tank came with the Screw Thread already secured in . Even without a tap fixed onto the thread water should just gush out if filling over thre Hole The weight of the water will send it out
This sounds very strange
